Managed end-to-end newsletter campaigns, leveraging analytics for multi-segment audiences and dynamic content strategies to replace generic weekly emails. Increased open rates by 21% and boosted attendance at community-driven events by 15%.
Boosted cross-platform engagement by designing standardised visual frameworks using Canva and leveraging analytics to optimise content strategy, driving 18% follower growth and 35% higher engagement rates across key channels within 5 months.

Integrated the cathedral’s guided tours on TripAdvisor, Viator, and Airbnb, driving 30+ weekly bookings within 3 months and establishing a new sustainable revenue stream.

Led a rebranding initiative, collaborating with freelance creatives to redesign brand visuals and optimise all customer-facing digital platforms. Conducted surveys to assess brand perception, resulting in an 13-point increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS), from 66 to 79, within six months.
Strengthened global affiliate partnerships and increased referral business by 6% through the launch and optimisation of newsletters, leveraging dynamic email content to personalise engagement.
